Step 2. A Planning Application is submitted where required. The cost of this is payable by the buyer, and is then deducted from the final sale price.
Step 3. Confirm your final order and specifications and a 50% Deposit is now payable.
Step 4. The balance is due 7 days before the agreed date of delivery and installation.
